Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, a city in western Canada. It is on the North Saskatchewan River, 80 miles (130 km) north-northeast of Saskatoon. Prince Albert is in the heart of a mixed-farming, lumbering, and trapping region. The chief industries are hide tanning, food processing, brewing, and the manufacture of wood and sheet-metal products. About 30 miles (48 km) to the north is Prince Albert National Park.
